ABSTRACT:     Inthisstudy, polysaccharides from Stropharia rugosoannulata (Stropharia rugosoannulata polysaccharides, SRP) were extracted using aqueous extraction and alcohol precipitation, followed by purification through the Sevag deproteinization method. A radiation-damaged model was established in C57BL/6J mice. The immunomodulatory function and radiation-protective effects of SRP were evaluated using indicators including mouse body weight growth curves, immune organ indices, serum inflammatory factor levels, and histopathological changes in the spleen, thymus, colon, and liver. The results revealed that SRP not only significantly enhanced immune organ indices but also effectively suppressed inflammatory cytokine secretion, mitigating tissue damage in the spleen, thymus, liver, and colon.
